How can I place an order from Dkhoun?

If you have already selected a product and wish to purchase it, you can easily do so in just a few clicks.

Go to the product page and click “Add to Cart.” You will then be directed to your shopping cart where you can choose either “Continue Shopping” or “Checkout” if you have completed your shopping.

If you are a new customer, you must first register by entering your contact details.

If you are already registered, simply click “Already Registered”, log in using your email and password, choose your preferred payment method, confirm your order, and proceed to checkout.

How can I register?

Enter your email address.

A verification code will be sent to your email.

Enter the code after receiving it.

Click Continue.

Your account will then be successfully created.

What is the delivery time and shipping cost?

Within Saudi Arabia

Major cities such as Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, Madinah, Al-Ahsa, Hafar Al-Batin, Khobar, Sakaka, Al-Kharj and others are delivered within 24–48 business hours, depending on the time of order.

Other regions are delivered within 1–5 business days.

Shipping cost within Saudi Arabia ranges between 25–35 SAR.

Outside Saudi Arabia

Delivery usually takes 1–7 business days.

Shipping cost: 120 SAR.
